'The Magic Bicycle' by John Bibee

Once there was a magic bicycle that found a boy.
Although the boy didn't know it was magic at first, little by little,
he discovered some of the bicycle's secrets.
-----
"You are only seeing a shadow, John," the old man said patiently.
"It's there. In the air. But I want you to look deeper."
"Deeper?" asked John. "How can I look deeper? What do you mean?"
